Richard Faulkner

Richard Faulkner is a highly experienced pest management professional with more than 28 years in the industry. Currently serving as National Account and Technical Manager for the UK & Ireland at Envu, Richard combines extensive technical expertise with strong commercial and customer-focused leadership.

Over the course of his career, Richard has held a wide range of roles including Technician, Field Biologist, Service Supervisor, Service Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Manager, and Advanced Technical Field Consultant. Before joining Envu in 2023, he spent more than 13 years with Rentokil Initial, where he provided technical consultancy, training, and operational support across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Richard is passionate about advancing professional pest management standards and has extensive expertise in infestation management, technical training, troubleshooting, field trials, key account management, customer service, and business development. Known for his practical approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning, he is dedicated to sharing knowledge and supporting the development of pest management professionals across the industry.
