Dr. Matt Green

Matt is a Research Manager at Rentokil, providing support for entomological projects and field trials in 82 countries. He leads a mixture of different research projects and urban pest best-practice testing in our laboratory in the UK.

Matt’s background and experience

Matt has worked for Rentokil for 18 years. Prior to this, he worked at a specialist timber decay consultancy, having gained his PhD in wood-boring beetle biology, a subject that he will always drop everything to talk about. Matt has experience working across lots of different urban entomology fields: from termite monitoring, bioinsecticide testing, and bed bug trapping to supporting in-life products, including Rentokil’s Lumnia UV LED lights and Ecocatch monitoring traps.
