With a background in product design, Tom has spent most of his career working for a leading manufacturer within the pest management sector, overseeing product development, along with technical training and support. More recently, he spent a year working with a global service company, before joining Inovus™

For 25 years, Tom has worked to understand service company needs, to develop many of the most recognisable and trusted insect light traps on the market. As a former president of the British Pest Control Association, his technical and category expertise is at the heart of his lasting relationships with customers, supply partners and the wider Industry.
